负压闪蒸技术在海上平台的应用研究

The Study on Application of Vacuum Flash Evaporation Technology on the Offshore Oil Field

对于低闪点原油的油田,如何利用自产原油作为原油发电机燃料成为影响该油田开发方案的关键因素。本文以南海某X油田为例,介绍了第三方对原油电站使用燃料油闪点的要求,提出了利用负压闪蒸技术提高原油闪点的方法,并进行了初步实验,实验结果表明此工艺处理流程可以提高原油闪点,为今后类似油田开发提供借鉴和参考。

Low flash point oil is a big problem to crude oil generator on offshore platform. Base on one typical offshore oil project X in China South Sea, it was pointed out the third party mandatory restriction. In order to solve this problem, the vacuum flash evaporation technology was proved; also the oil was put into test. It is concluded that the feasibility of the treatment process can increase the crude fuel flash point. This technology will provide reference for future similar oilfield development.
