校企产学研合作是高职院校培养应用型人才的一种创新模式,这种模式符合合作双方的根本利益,教学活动融入企业实践,培养的人才更具创新能力。本文归纳了产学研合作培养应用型人才的几种模式,提出了以创新驱动为抓手,规范了专业建设指导委员会建立、订单式培养人才、生产性实训基地建设、共建创新载体、双师队伍优化的机制。
