摘要
采用投加絮凝剂、铁炭微电解、UV-H2O2等方法对CMC生产废水进行预处理。试验结果表明,投加Fe Cl3、APC、PAMC等混凝剂对CODcr去除率不到4.5%;铁炭微电解对CODcr的去除率为18.56%~28.75%;UV-H2O2对CODcr的去除率最高可达27.01%。为后期高盐高浓度的CMC生产废水生化处理奠定了基础。
The methods of adding floceulant, ferric carbon micro - electrolysis, UV - /-/202 were used to pretreat CMC industrial waste - water respectively. The test results showed that the removal rate of CODcr by adding FeC13 , APC, PAMC and other coagulant was less than 4.5% ; the removal rate of CODcr by ferric - carbon micro electrolysis was 18.56 % to 28.75 % ;and the while removal rate of CODcr by UV - H202 could reach up to 27.01%. The foundation was laid for the later high salt and high concentration CMC industrial waste -water biochemical treatment.
