摘要 我国是以火电为主的燃煤大国,燃煤产生的二氧化硫是大气污染的主要来源。湿式石灰石-石膏烟气脱硫技术因具有技术成熟、可靠性高、操作简单等优势,在火力发电厂被广泛使用。本文结合广州珠江电厂脱硫系统投运多年的经验,找出影响脱硫效率的关键因素,并对液气比、石灰石浆液p H值、氧量、石灰石浆液品质等关键性因素进行分析,研究其与脱硫效率之间的关系,提出提高脱硫效率的相关措施。 our country is mainly based on thermal power coal -fired power, sulfur dioxide produced by burning coal is the major source of air pollution. Wet limestone gypsum flue gas destdfurization technology has mature technology, high reliability, simple operation and other advantages, is widely used in thermal power plant. In this paper, combined with the Guangzhou Pearl River power plant desulfurization system put into operation for many years of experience, find out the key factors affecting desulfurization effieiency, and the ratio of liquid to gas, limestone slurry pH, oxygen content, the limestone slurry quality and other key factors, to study the relation between and the desulfurization efficiency, put forward relevant measures to improve the desulfurization efficiency.
