摘要
研究了稀土改性酚醛树脂对淀粉表面施胶的作用。结果表明:稀土改性酚醛树脂可增加淀粉表面施胶的环压指数和抗张强度,也能降低纸张的Cobb值,醛/酚比=1.7的稀土改性酚醛树脂的作用效果最大;稀土改性酚醛树脂与淀粉接枝共聚物共用时作用效果进一步增大,两者的质量比为3∶7时,纸张的环压指数最大;疏水改性剂可明显降低共混液的Cobb值。
The effect of phenolic resin modified by rare-earth on starch surface sizing performance was studied. The results showed that phenolic resin modified by rare-earth can increase ring crush index and tensile strength in starch sizing, decrease Cobb of paper, having the greatest effect with the modified phenolic resin of formaldehyde ratio to phenol being 1.7; combination of phenolic resin modified by rare-earth with starch grafted copolymer can further increase the effect, the paper ring crush index reaching greatest value when the mass ratio of the two constituents is 3 to 7; hydrophobic modiifer can decrease Cobb value with the copolymer.
