串联谐振型电子束熔炼炉高压电源的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目前电子束熔炼炉高压电源大多是由晶闸管控制的工频升压电源,不仅变压器和滤波器体积庞大,而且电源不具有抗短路特性和快速保护与重启的特点,这严重影响了电子枪的寿命和冶炼质量。针对工频升压电源的缺点和电子束熔炼的特点,将一种高频谐振变换器应用于高压电源。减小了电源体积,降低了开关损耗,实现了快速保护与重启。实验研究表明该电源能满足冶炼要求。 At present, the high voltage power supply for electron beam furnace are mostly controlled by the silicon controlled rectifier operated by power frequency, which has the disadvantages of large volume and don't has the char- acteristics of anti-short circuit capacity, rapid protection and restart.These characteristics affect the service life of the electron gun and the quality of the smelting.To solve the above problems, a high frequency resonant converter has been used in high voltage power supply, reduces the volume of power supply and the switching loss, achieves rapid protection and restart.Experiment show that the power supply can meet the requirement of smelting.
