全喂入联合收割机切碎装置茎秆切割机理分析 被引量:4

摘要 随着秸秆机械化还田的大力推广,茎秆切碎装置已然成为联合收割机的必备部件。本文分析刀片切割茎秆不缠刀的条件以及切割茎秆所需的切割力,得出茎秆不缠刀的条件是刀片与茎秆的摩擦角要小于滑切角,切割茎秆所需的切割力由两部分组成,包括刀片对茎秆的初始挤压力和有效切割力,为切碎装置的设计提供一定的理论依据。 With the wide promotion of the straw returning fields by means of mechanization, the straw chopper mounted on combine harvester is seriously necessary. The condition of the blade cutting without harassing and the required cutting force were analyzed. The condition of the blade cutting without harassing is the sliding cutting angles must be greater than the friction angle between straw and edge. The cutting forces are composed of two parts, including the starting force of compressing and the effective cutting force. This provides a certain theoretical reference for designing straw chopper.
