摘要
对大型风力机主轴进行了载荷计算及疲劳寿命分析。运用动量―叶素理论分析了风力机气动载荷并通过线性叠加确定了主轴载荷;以有限元模态叠加法为基础计算了风力机主轴在复杂交变载荷作用下的动态应力响应;在实地采集并用Weibull分布统计的风场数据的基础上,基于Palmgren-Miner线性疲劳累积损伤理论研究了风力机主轴疲劳寿命估算方法。以1.5MW级风力机主轴为例做计算,证实了本文提出的疲劳寿命预测方法安全有效。
Based on the blade element-momentum theory and the linear adding principle, the aerodynamic loading analysis was made and the load of the main axle was determined. On the basis of the mode superposition method, the dynamic stress response of the main axle under complex alternative load was calculated. Using the wind field data obtained by weibull distribution, the method to estimate the fatigue life of the main axle was researched based on Palmgren-Miner theory of linear cumulative damage. Finally, using 1.5MW wind generator as the calculating example, the safety and effectiveness of this method were verified.
