摘要 基于离散单元法,对螺旋输送机进行模拟仿真,研究螺旋外径与料槽之间的间隙以及物料摩擦系数对螺旋输送机输送量和功率消耗的影响。结果表明:当间隙与物料尺寸相同时,输送机输送量降低且功率消耗急剧增加;随着物料与输送机之间的摩擦系数增加,螺旋输送机输送量降低,功率消耗增加;物料之间的摩擦系数对输送机输送量和功率消耗没有影响。 The influences of the clearance between the screw diameter and the casing, and the friction coefficient of the materials on the output and power consumption of the screw conveyor were analyzed. When the clearance is approximately equal to the material size, the output will reduce and the power consumption will increase dramatically. With the increase of the friction coefficient between the material and conveyor, the output will reduce and power consumption will increase too. However, the friction between the materials has no effect on the output and power consumption.
