摘要
为保证百姓餐桌肉品安全,以莱芜黑猪为研究对象,贯穿莱芜黑猪育种、养殖、屠宰加工、物流、销售全产业链的所有环节,借助物联网感知结点采集整个产业链的数据,实现全产业链信息跟踪与追溯。同时,建立信息多重反馈机制,利用养殖、屠宰加工环节的信息为种猪育种提供数据支持。依据J2EE规范,以SSH为基础框架构建的莱芜黑猪全产业链溯源平台已在莱芜市畜牧局正常运行。从目前的运行情况看,平台实现了莱芜黑猪全产业链数字化和猪肉信息的溯源,且运行效果良好。
To ensure the food safety, all data of the whole industry chain including Laiwu pig breeding, cultivation, slaughter, processing, logistics and sales were collected using IOT sensor nodes, which realized the whole industry chain information tracking and tracing. Meanwhile, the multiple feedback mechanisms were established to provide breeding data through using the information from cultivating and slaughter parts. The Laiwu pig traceability platform based on the J2EE specification and SSH framework has been operating normally in Laiwu City Bureau of Animal Husbandry. It realizes the whole industry chain informatization and the information traceability of pork production.
