摘要 本文开发了一种用于农田精细平整土地的快装式激光自动控制精平机。通过转动组件和两个立缸相互配合实现刮刀左右高低调整,通过两个水平缸和小转盘组件实现刮刀水平转动。依据相应的激光和液压系统设计出了满足性能要求的PLC控制系统,以PLC作为核心,将激光接收器、倾角传感器和电磁换向阀有机地结合成一个自动控制精平系统。试验结果表明:该激光精平机能够很好地完成整块土地的平整作业,其地表被精密刮平的程度可达±1.5cm。 Through rotating the assembly and two vertical cylinders, the height adjustment of the blade was achieved, and the scraper can horizontally rotate through two horizontal cylinders and the small turntable assembly. On the basis of the corresponding laser and hydraulic system, the PLC control system was designed, which meets the performance requirements. Taking the PLC as the core, the laser receiver, tilt sensor and the electromagnetic reversing valve were organically combined into an automatic control precision leveling system. The laser leveling machine can well complete the sooth operation of the whole land with the precision degree ±1.5cm.
