A Study on Plan Type Urban Design Management

自1998年国家土地有偿使用制度确立以来,随着市场经济改革的深入,投资主体也呈现多元化的态势。从传统城市设计的误区和不足谈起,结合目前我国城市对于物质空间形态精细化管理手段的诉求,分析探讨了法定的控制性详细规划无法满足城市精细化管理诉求的原因,提出控规和城市设计导则结合的操作路径,探讨从意向性城市设计走向图则式城市设计的技术编制体系和实践路径。

Since the system of compensated use of land was established in 1998, along with the deepening of market economic reform, investment subject has emerged diversified trend. Starting from the misunderstandings and deficiencies of traditional urban design, in conjunction with the demand on refined management of substance space form of the cities in our country, this paper analyzed and discussed the reason why legal regulatory plan can＇t meet the requirements of urban refined management, put forward an operating path that combines regulatory plan with urban design guidelines, and also discussed the technical compiling system and practice path to plan type urban design from intentionality urban design.
