新型城镇化背景下北京大都市区小城镇发展问题研究

Study on Small Town Development in Beijing Metropolitan Area Under the Background of New Urbanization

从新型城镇化战略要求出发,对处于城镇化发展高级阶段的北京大都市区郊区小城镇多中心、分散化发展趋势进行了理论分析,指出了小城镇在新型城镇化进程中疏解城市功能、承接城市产业、承载人口宜居等方面新的功能定位。根据特大城市-大城市-中等城市-小城市的城镇体系设计,基于现实存在的问题,从城乡一体化视角提出了小城镇可持续发展的思路。

Starting with the new urbanization strategy planning requirements, analyzes the multi-center and decentralized developing trend of small towns in Beijing metropolitan area which has been in an advanced stage of urbanization. Points outthe small towns＇ new functional orientation in the new urbanization process, such as relieving the urban function, undertaking the urban industry,and supplyingplace of residence. Finally, according to the new urban system designing which includes megacity big city medium city and small city puts forward methods of sustainable development of small towns from the perspective of urban-rural integration.
