摘要
以原油为研究对象,根据Robinson原理,将GC-MS技术与现有各烃类组成测定的ASTM标准方法相结合,在无需对油样进行前处理的情况下,直接采用GC-MS法分析原油组成,建立了一种快速分析原油中沸点低于540℃馏分的详细烃组成的方法。对于原油中沸点低于180℃(n-C11之前)的石脑油组分依据标准方法直接进行定性定量分析;对于沸点在180-540℃(n-C11-44)的柴油和蜡油馏分,研究了其分离后的纯饱和烃和纯芳烃的断裂质谱图,建立了饱和烃模型适合法和基线法,即将未分离原油的质谱图分为饱和烃谱图和芳烃谱图,从而实现了不需物理预分离而直接得到饱和烃和芳烃的详细烃组成,其中包括4类饱和烃、12类芳烃和3类噻吩等详细烃组成,该结果符合相应ASTM标准方法的再现性要求。
A rapid and direct analysis method for the detailed hydrocarbon types with lower boiling point than 540 ℃ in crude oils was established by the combination of GC-MS with ASTM test standard methods without any pre-treatment to the samples. For naphtha fractions(lower boiling point than 180 ℃) with retention time less than that of n-C11,the detailed hydrocarbon composition could be analyzed by GC according to ASTM D5134. For the fractions(n-C11-44) with the boiling point range of 180-540 ℃,the mass spectra of separated saturates and aromatics were investigated after the separation,the low mass pattern,base-line method and correction factors were presented,and the detailed compositions of 4 saturated hydrocarbon types,12 aromatics types and 3 thiopheno types were determined,which could meet the repeatability demands of corresponding ASTM method.
