A Remote Control Method in Power Ultrasonic Treatment

基于Modbus协议,采用具备组播技术的串口服务器与超声波发生器互联,既支持就地触摸屏操作,也支持远程操作站监控,实现多操作站的远程监控。利用串口服务器自带算法解析运行程序,文中实现了对多台超声波发生器的一键搜频及独立启停功能。现场运行结果表明,文中设计方案满足了客户的现场需求,解决了传统超声波发生器或PLC难以实现的智能远程控制功能。

Based on modbus protocol,serial port server with multicast technology is connected with ultrasonic generator,this way supports both the touch screen operation and remote operation station monitoring to realize the remote monitoring station operation. Using the serial port server with parsing algorithm and the program,the paper implements a key search of many sets of ultrasonic generator frequency and independent start-stop function. The running results show that the design meets the on-site customer demand.
