摘要
采用不同1-丁烯含量的丙烯/1-丁烯无规共聚透明聚丙烯,对其结晶性能、透明性能和力学性能进行了测定研究。试验表明:当1-丁烯含量达到一定量时,丙烯/1-丁烯无规共聚透明聚丙烯与丙烯/乙烯无规共聚透明聚丙烯的透明性能相当,但前者刚韧平衡性能更好。加入高效能透明成核剂不仅能大幅提高聚丙烯的透明度,还能进一步改善其结晶和力学性能。
Determination was made on the crystallization behavior, transparency behavior and mechanical properties of transparent polypropylene (PP) randomly copolymerized by propylene/1 -butylene with different contents of 1 -butylene. Experiments showed that the transparent PP randomly copolymerized with propylene/1 - butylene and with propylene/ethylene had similar transparency behavior when the content of 1 - butylene reached a certain value, but the former had better rigid - tough balance behavior; adding of high - performance clarifying agent could not only greatly improve the transparency of PP, but also could further improve its crystalizing and mechanical properties.
