摘要
根据ASTM D3946-92方法,采用实验室通气装置模拟现场使用条件,考察了硼酸铵A、三嗪类B和低毒酚C三种杀菌剂及其复配组合对水基切削液抗菌性能的影响。结果表明,单一杀菌剂难以对真菌和细菌同时起到很好的抑制作用,而复合杀菌剂可以对细菌和真菌同时起到抑制作用,其中5%硼酸铵A和1%低毒酚C复合时即具有显著的抗细菌和抗真菌性能,可明显延长水基切削液的使用寿命。
According to ASTM D3946-92, the air breather which could simulate the user's scene was set up in laboratory in order to investigate the effect of anti-microbial performance of amine borate A, triazine B and low-toxic phenol C and theirs composition on the water-based cutting fluid. The results showed that it was difficult for a single bactericide to suppress bacteria and fungi, while the composite bactericides could suppress both bacteria and fungi. When 5% amine borate A and 1% low-toxic phenol C were combined, the anti-fungal and anti-bacterial performances of cutting fluid were excellent and its working life could be prolonged obviously.
