足三里注射甲氧氯普胺注射液预防化疗所致呕吐的临床观察

Clinical observation of metoclopramide injecting in Tsusanli acupuncture point on the prevention of vomiting caused by chemotherapy

目的观察足三里注射甲氧氯普胺预防化疗所致呕吐的效果。方法选取82例肿瘤化疗者,采用随机数字表法,按照1∶1比例随机分为观察组和对照组各41例,两组患者根据肿瘤类型给予同样的化疗方法,其中对照组给予5-羟色胺(5-HT)受体拮抗剂预防化疗所致呕吐,观察组加用足三里注射甲氧氯普胺预防呕吐,同时对两组患者止吐效果、化疗等依从性以及营养状况进行观察,并对所得数据进行处理、分析。结果经统计学处理,观察组患者呕吐控制效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);且观察组患者化疗、饮食、休息和服药依从性高于对照组,营养状况优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论足三里注射甲氧氯普胺预防化疗所致呕吐的效果满意,值得临床加以推广。

Objective To observe metoclopramide injecting in Tsusanli acupuncture point on the prevention of vomiting caused by chemotherapy. Methods 82 cancer patients who underwent chemotherapy were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table in accordance with the proportion of 1 ∶ 1 with 41 cases in each group. The two groups were given the same chemotherapy method according to types of cancer. The control group were given 5-HT（ 5-hydroxy tryptamine） receptor antagonist to prevent vomiting which was caused by chemotherapy,and the observation group were added metoclopramide injecting in Tsusanli acupuncture point on the prevention of vomiting. At the same time,antiemetic effects,chemotherapy compliance and nutritional status of both groups were observed. And data were processed and analyzed. Results After statistics processing,antiemetic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,there were statistically significant difference（ P〈 0. 01）. Chemotherapy,diet,rest and medication compliance of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and nutritional status was also better than that of the control group,so the differences were statistically significant（ P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Metoclopramide injecting in Tsusanli acupuncture point has satisfactory effect on the prevention of vomiting caused by chemotherapy. Thus,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
