中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌感染相关性消化性溃疡疗效分析

Analysis of Effect on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment in Helicobacter Pylori Associated Peptic Ulcer

目的:观察并分析中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter Pylori,HP)感染相关性消化性溃疡疗效;方法:将120例HP阳性的消化性溃疡的患者随机分为2组,每组各60例,对照组予三联疗法(雷贝拉唑肠溶片、左氧氟沙星分散片、阿莫西林胶囊)联合治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合中药治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后中医症候改善情况并于治疗后8 w检测2组患者的HP感染情况。结果:中西医结合治疗组HP根除率为83.3%,三联疗法对照组HP根除率为61.7%;中医症候改善情况中西医结合治疗组优于三联疗法组,中西医结合治疗组优于单纯三联疗法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡临床疗效好,值得推广。

Objective： To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of combined treatment of associated peptic ulcer of Helicobacter pylori infection of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods： Patients were randomly divided into 120 cases of HP positive peptic ulcer into two groups,60 cases in each group,the control group received triple therapy（ Rebela triazole enteric coated tablets,dispersible tablets,Amoxicillin Capsules levofloxacin） combination therapy,the treatment group in the control group based on the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with improvement of TCM syndromes and in 8 weeks after treatment in two groups were detected in patients with HP infection. Results： The HP eradication rate was 83. 3% with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine control group,triple therapy for HP eradication rate was 61. 7%; the improvement of TCM syndromes combined treatment group is better than the triple therapy group situation of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,treatment group was better than that of simple triple therapy of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine clinical curative effect in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated peptic ulcer is good,worthy of promotion.
