丹参注射液与甲钴胺联合对糖尿病性周围神经病变患者神经传导速度作用的系统评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的:评价丹参注射液与甲钴胺联合对糖尿病性周围神经病变患者神经传导速度作用的有效性。方法:计算机检索Cochrane图书馆临床对照试验资料库、Pubmed Embase、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、万方期刊数据库等相关资料,按照Cochrane系统评价的方法,客观评价纳入研究的质量,提取有效数据,采用Rev Man 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入5个随机对照试验,包括380例患者。结果显示,与对照组相比,丹参注射液与甲钴胺联合能进一步提高正中神经及腓总神经的运动神经传导速度[SMD=1.77,95%CI(1.07,2.46),P<0.01],[SMD=2.31,95%CI(1.94,2.67),P<0.01];提高正中神经及腓总神经的感觉神经传导速度[SMD=1.46,95%CI(1.03,1.89),P<0.01],[SMD=1.52,95%CI(1.03,2.01),P<0.01]。结论:丹参注射液与甲钴胺联合对糖尿病性周围神经病变患者神经传导速度作用是有效的。 Objective: To evaluate the improve the nerve conduction velocity efficacy of Dan-shen injection and mecobalaminon therapy Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy. Methods: Randomized controlled trials were electronically retrieved from Cochrane Library,Pubmed Embase,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang Database,and so on. All articles were assessed according to the Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of interventions and then effective data were analyzed by Rev Man 5. 2 soft ware. Results: Five randomized controlled trials involving 380 patients were included. Results of Meta-analysis showed that there was statistical difference in the motor nerve conduction velocity of Median nerve and common peroneal nerve [SMD = 1. 77,95% CI( 1. 07,2. 46),P 0. 01],[SMD= 2. 31,95% CI( 1. 94,2. 67),P 0. 01],improve the sensory nerve conduction velocity of Median nerve and common peroneal nerve [SMD = 1. 46,95% CI( 1. 03,1. 89),P 0. 01], [SMD = 1. 52,95% CI( 1. 03,2. 01),P 0. 01]. Conclusion:The treatment plan of Danshen injection and mecobalaminon therapy Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy is efficacy.
