基于大数据理论的沥青路面碾压过程分析 被引量:7

摘要 梳理了大数据理论的概念和公路工程中大数据的基本来源。基于大数据基本理论,将质量管理的理念应用于沥青路面施工质量管理的实践中。研究和开发了沥青路面碾压质量过程控制平台,指出实时路表温度、压路机位置、振动加速度等参数能够作为沥青路面碾压质量控制的关键参数。将现场实时采集的路表温度、压路机位置、振动加速度等参数值通过GPRS将其传输至远端服务器,完成处理后返回现场供质量监视所用。以锁蒙高速第4标段的碾压过程数据为例,分析了碾压时刻压路机行驶速度、加速度以及路表温度的概率分布。进一步,基于指定路段内的碾压路径矢量图以及碾压参数分布状况能够对该路段碾压质量做出事后评价和质量追溯。 The concept of big data theory and the sources of the big data used in road engineering are analyzed. The concept of quality control is applied into the practice of quality control in asphalt pavement construction based on big data theory. A process control platform of asphalt pavement compaction quality is developed. It is pointed out that the parameters such as real-time pavement surface temperature,position and acceleration of rolling machine can be the key parameters of asphalt pavement compaction quality control.The values of these parameters are transmitted to the remote server through GPRS and returned to the local station for monitoring. Taking the data of rolling process collected in the 4th section of Suolongsi- Mengzi expressway for example,the probability distributions of driving speed,acceleration and surface temperature of rolling machine in rolling process are analysed respectively. Furthermore,the post evaluation and quality tracing of the compaction quality of the section can be conducted by the vectorgraph of the path of the rolling machine and the distributions of the key parameters.
