摘要
信息栅格是未来信息技术领域的制高点,其技术水平反映了一个国家的经济、军事综合实力。中继卫星系统是构建空间信息栅格的骨干节点,具有宽带通信和天基测控的双重功能。首先,文章基于中继卫星系统提出了我军SIG作战体系结构;其次,针对中继卫星系统面临的几种典型干扰,如地面单频干扰、地面噪声干扰、伴星干扰及机载干扰等,分析了中继卫星系统的脆弱性,提出了集干扰检测与定位、射频抗干扰、精确打击为一体的中继卫星系统安全防护策略。为后续中继卫星系统的设计、研制和应用提供了技术参考。
Information grid is the high ground of future information technical field, its technical level reflects a country' s comprehensive economic and military strength. Tracking and data re- lay satellite systems (TDRSS) are the key nodes to build spatial information grid which have dual roles of broadband communications and space-telemetry-command. Firstly, this paper presents the architecture of Chinese military space information grid combat system based on TDRSS. Secondly, facing with several typical interferences for TDRSS, such as single carrier interference, ground noise interference, companion satellite interference and airborne interfer- ence, the paper also details the vulnerability of TDRSS, and has proposed a comprehensive se- curity and protective measure of TDRSS with interference detection and location, RF anti-inter- ference, and precision attack. This paper can provide technical reference for future design, de- velopment and application of TDRSS.
