利用真空蒸发技术进行深度脱铜的探讨

摘要 本文通过对铜电解净化系统除铜工艺的进一步改进,提高真空蒸发终点密度、降低结晶终点温度、降低硫酸铜结晶母液含铜,优化诱导脱铜工艺技术条件等技术措施,实现深度脱铜、减少黑铜渣量,达到节能减排之目的。 By the ways of further improvement of decoppering process of purification system of copper electrolysis,adopting measures included increasing the final density of vacuum evaporation,decreasing the final temperature of crystallization,decreasing the contents of copper in crystallization mother liquor of copper sulfate,and optimizing the process conditions of induce decoppering etc.,the in-depth decoppering was realized and the amounts of black copper slag was decreased,the goals of energy-saving and emission reduction was achieved.
