摘要
随着无轨自行设备的发展,斜坡道在地下开采过程中担负着越来越重要的角色,但根据国内一些矿山斜坡道实际运行情况可知,存在交通拥堵严重,服务水平与功能不匹配、线性设计不合理等问题,这些问题将制约矿山的生产运行管理。由于关于斜坡道运行能力的研究甚少,本文将尝试借鉴道路设计方法,结合矿山工程的实际情况,根据斜坡道的功能确定其服务水平,由服务水平确定其设计通行能力。另外,在对斜坡道通行能力影响分析的基础上,根据矿山的不同情况确定不同的修正系教,计算出斜坡道的实际设计通行能力。
With the development of trackless equipment,the ramp plays a more and more important role in the process of underground mining.According to ramp operation in some domestic mines,there are a lot of problems,such as serious traffic jam,unmatched service standard with function and unreasonable linear design,existing in production.These problems will restrict the operation management of mine.Since the research on the operation capacity of ramp is little,in this paper the road design method will be used to calculate and determine the design capacity according to the condition of ramp function and service standard combined with mine actual situation.In addition,based on the influence factors analysis of ramp traffic,different correction coefficients are determined according to mine situation,and the capacity of the ramp is calculated.
