旋压整形器对C110变形套管整形的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 套管变形会直接影响到油气田后期增产作业和开发措施的实施,而变形井在使用旋压整形器进行整形修复时经常凭经验确定整形力和修复扭矩,如果整形力和修复扭矩过大则易造成变形套管及水泥环的破坏和卡钻事故。为此,在YAW-200压力试验机上对常用尺寸的油层套管进行压扁,然后分别由连续旋转钳和推力轴承提供扭矩和整形力,由小到大依次下入外径为126mm和129 mm的旋压整形器对变形套管(C110)进行了2次膨胀整形,得到了两种整形工具整形所需的整形力修复扭矩、变形套管的变形规律、变形套管回弹量的测试数据。实验结果表明,上述两种旋压整形器的外径级差是合理的。此外,为了确保后期生产工艺实施的可靠性,还对整形前后的变形套管进行了力学性能测试,发现整形后套管的各项力学参数均有所降低,从而导致整形后套管的承载能力降低。该研究成果为优化整形工具结构和整形施工参数提供了重要的实验数据。 Casing deformation directly affects the implementation of stimulation and development measures in oilfields, the reshaping force and torque usually are determined by experience when the deformed casing is repaired by the spinning reshaping swage; if the repairing force or torque is too large, damage to casing and cement sheath will be caused and sticking accidents will also occur. For this reason, the collapse experiment was performed on a casing of commonly used size in the oil field with the YAW 200 pressure testing machine, and then the reshaping test of the deformed casing (Cl10) was performed by using two spinning casing swages with the diameter of 126 mm and 129 mm respectively, in which the continuous rotator and thrust bearing were used to provide the torque and reshaping force respectively. The reshaping force and torque required to reshape the deformed casing, the deformation law and the spring back value of deformed casing were obtained. The test results show that the diameter differential between the two spinning casing swages is reasonable. Furthermore, in order to ensure the safety and reliability of the implementation of production processes, the mechanical properties of the deformed casing before and after reshaping were tested, which shows that all the mechanical param- eters of the deformed casing after reshaping reduced to some extent, causing the drop of the bearing capacity of the reshaped casing. The findings of the study can provide important experimental data for the optimization of the structure and construction parameters of spinning casing swages.
