摘要
针对混凝土桥梁工程的低徐变要求,开展了采用石灰石资源一条龙生产碎石、机制砂和石灰石粉配制的石灰石资源全利用混凝土的试验和应用研究。结果表明,该混凝土早期强度高于桥梁主梁常用的商品混凝土,但其发展速度较慢,后期强度反而略低于常用商品混凝土;采用复配减缩型高效减水剂有效解决了石灰石资源全利用混凝土徐变较大的技术难题,并在实际桥梁工程中得到了成功应用。
According to the requirement of low creep of bridge engineering, the experimental and application research of concrete with total utilization of limestone resources which was prepared by the aggregate, machine-made sand and limestone powder from the limestone resources were studied. The results indicate that the early strength of concrete with total utilization of limestone resources is higher than that of the ready-mixed concrete commonly used for bridge girders,but the strength development speed is relatively slow, so the later strength of the concrete is slightly lower than that of the ready-mixed concrete; shrinkage-reducing superplasticizer can solve the technical problem of concrete with total utilization of limestone resources with higher creep, which has been successfully applied for the practical bridge engineering.
