双掺玄武岩纤维和陶砂对混凝土收缩开裂性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过干燥收缩、塑形收缩和圆环开裂试验,研究了双掺玄武岩纤维和陶砂混凝土的抗收缩开裂性。试验结果表明,单掺玄武岩纤维可增大混凝土收缩开裂趋势;长度6mm、18mm和30mm的纤维,其干缩应变相比基准混凝土分别增大了5%、17%和22%;双掺玄武岩纤维和陶砂可降低混凝土收缩开裂趋势;陶砂掺量为10%时,可明显降低混凝土收缩开裂性,陶砂掺量继续增加(20%和30%),混凝土收缩开裂趋势增加。 Influence of basalt fiber and ceramic sand on shrinkage and crack of concrete was studied by drying shrinkage, plastic shrinkage and ring cracking test. The results show that basalt fiber can increase the tendency of shrinkage cracking of concrete. The drying shrinkages of concrete with the fiber length of 6mm, 18 mm and 30 mm respectively increase 5%, 17% and 22% of that of the reference concrete. The tendency of shrinkage cracking of concrete double mixed of basalt fiber and ceramic sand can decrease. When the ceramic sand content is 10%, the shrinkage cracking of concrete significantly reduces, however, the content continues to increase(20% and 30%), shrinkage cracking tendency of concrete will be increased.
