摘要
研究了石蜡/膨胀珍珠岩基相变水泥砂浆板的力学性能及导热系数,测定了不同制备方式的石蜡/膨胀珍珠岩基相变水泥砂浆板对房屋模型室温的调控性能。结果表明:相对于普通水泥砂浆,石蜡/膨胀珍珠岩基相变水泥砂浆具有良好的调温性能,可以有效降低室内的温度波动和减小最大温度值,达到建筑节能的目的。插层法的调温性能优于混掺法,且相变材料掺量越大,调温效果越明显。
The mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of paraffin/expanded perlite matrix phase change cement mortar board are researched, and the thermal control effect of housing model indoor temperature of the cement mortar boards prepared by different ways are measured. The results indicate that paraffin/expanded perlite composite PCM cement mortar boards have lower heating rate and cooling rate; the maximum temperature and the minimum temperature are much higher than those of ordinary cement mortar boards. Composite PCM cement mortar boards have good thermal control effect, which makes the advanced maximum temperature time postponed and has a good effect of the thermostat. And the larger amount of PCM of the incorporation, the more obvious effect. Energy-saving effect of the composite PCM cement mortar boards prepared by lamination interpolation method is better than that of the boards by direct mixing. Results can provide the basis for the application of the composite PCM cement mortar boards in the building energy efficiency.
