冻融循环下锂渣粉对混凝土渗透性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 采用电通量法测定了不同锂渣掺量的混凝土在不同冻融循环次数下的电通量,并研究了电通量与各影响因素之间的函数关系。试验结果表明,随冻融循环次数的增加,混凝土电通量近似呈线性增加。当冻融循环次数为75次时,不同锂渣掺量下的混凝土仍具有较高的抗氯离子渗透性。锂渣粉的加入能明显降低混凝土的氯离子渗透性,随锂渣掺量的增加,混凝土电通量近似呈负指数函数关系下降。同时发现,电通量与初始电流间、电通量与氯离子渗透深度间、初始电流与氯离子渗透深度间均具有较好的线性相关性。 Electric flux of concrete with different lithium slag powder content subjected to different freeze-thaw cycle number was determined by the test method of coulomb electric flux, and the function relations between electric flux and different factors were studied. The test results show that electric flux of concrete increases with increasing freeze-thaw cycle number by the linear function. When the freeze-thaw cycle number is 75, the concrete with different lithium slag powder content still has a high resistance to chloride penetration. Addition of lithium slag powder into concrete can significantly reduce its chloride penetration and electric flux decreases with increasing lithium slag powder content by the negative exponential function. In addition, the relationships between electric flux and initial current, electric flux and chloride ion penetration depth, initial current and chloride ion penetration depth all have a good linear correlation.
