"道德"概念界定一直是伦理学界讨论的基础理论问题之一。围绕着这一问题的争鸣,学术界主要提出了"规范论"、"德性论"、"主体论"、"活动论"和"综合论"等看法与观点。"道德"概念界定的学理争鸣,既有明显的阶段性发展特征,也有典型的哲学方法论特点;既与伦理学相关基础理论问题的讨论交织在一起,又与"伦理"和"道德"两个基本概念区分不够相关。梳理国内学界关于"道德"概念界定的学理争鸣,既可以让我们看到伦理学界对于伦理学基础理论问题研究的不断深入、逐步完善,同时也可以让我们发现在伦理学基础理论建构中存在的问题与不足,有助于为中国特色社会主义道德规范体系建设研究提供更加丰富的学术资料。

The definition of ＂ethics＂has been one of the basic theoretic problems discussed in ethical academia. There are such views and perspectives in academia as ＂normative ethics＂,＂virtuous ethics＂,＂subjective ethics＂,＂activity ethics＂,＂synthesis ethics＂,etc. The debate on the definition of ＂ethics＂among academia has two characteristics： obvious stage development and typical philosophical methodology. It is intertwined with discussions related to basic theoretical issues of ethics,and there are not insufficient distinguish between ＂ethics＂and ＂morality＂. Combing the debates among the domestic academic circles can make us see that the research on basic theoretical issues goes deeper and becomes consummate step by step. At the same time,they make us find the problems and shortcomings in the establishment of basic theory of ethics,which contributes to provide more abundant academic materials for the moral standard system construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
