小梁薄板和夹沙楼板特殊楼盖的修缮方法探讨

Discussion on the Methods of Renovating Special Floor System of Small Column Sheet and Interlayer Floor

20世纪早期的上海市职工住宅和新式里弄民居受当时经济、材料等因素的约束,存在一定数量的小梁薄板和夹沙楼板、楼盖。由于房屋建造年代久远,上述楼盖出现混凝土构件铁胀、木构件腐蚀等损坏现象,亟需修缮。文章在综合分析其结构构造、典型损坏的基础上,探讨其修缮方法。

There are a certain amount of small column sheets and interlayer fl oor in the dwelling houses for staff and workers and new-style Hutong in Shanghai that were built in early 20 th century due to the constraint of economy, material and other factors. Since theses housed had been built for long, the above fl oor is suffering from concrete structures expansion, timber components corrosion and other damages, which is in urgent repair. This paper discussed the methods for renovating these damages based on the comprehensive analysis on the structures and typical damages.
