小切口带线锚钉内固定治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨采用膝关节后内侧小切口入路带线锚钉固定治疗后交叉韧带(PCL)胫骨止点撕脱骨折的临床疗效。方法对18例PCL胫骨止点撕脱骨折采用膝关节后内侧倒L形小切口经腓肠肌内侧缘与半腱肌之间入路,以带线锚钉内固定治疗。结果 18例均获平均12(6-24)个月随访。骨折愈合时间8-12周,末见明显骨折端移位,膝关节稳定,屈伸功能正常。Lysholm膝关节评分为(93.0±3.2)分。结论经膝关节后内侧小切口入路带线锚钉固定治疗PCL胫骨止点撕脱骨折入路简便、操作方便、固定牢固、创伤小、膝关节功能恢复满意等优点,适合基层骨科推广。
