CT引导下经皮冷循环微波刀联合化疗治疗周围型非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

摘要 目的观察CT引导下经皮冷循环微波刀(PMCT)联合化疗治疗周围型非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法使用冷循环微波刀经CT引导下经皮肺穿刺周围型肺癌肿块内进行微波辐射治疗,同时联合DP方案化疗及单纯行DP方案化疗对比。结果冷循环微波刀联合化疗组和单纯化疗组疗效治疗4个月后进行比较,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05),6个月后生存率为差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冷循环微波刀联合化疗治疗周围型肺癌是一种有效、安全、微创的新方法,较单纯化疗有更好的疗效。
