Development of Distributed Cheese Automatic Collection and Transportation System

介绍一种筒子纱自动收集与输送系统。详细说明了该系统机械部分的筒子纱自动输送装置和筒子纱自动取纱装置;并采用运行WinXP Embeded操作系统的PC104总线工控板为上位机,运行WinCE操作系统的工控板为自动取纱装置控制器,建立了基于TCP/IP通讯协议的分布式控制系统,使得该系统具有按品种及定重自动选择筒子纱进行输送的功能。认为:该系统能够满足筒子纱自动包装中的自动收集与输送要求。

A cheese automatic collection and transportation system was introduced. Mechanical part of automatic cheese transportation and picking up devices in the system were explained in detail. PC104 bus industrial control board run WinXP Embeded operation system was adopted as host computer. Industrial control board run WinCE operation system was used as controller of automatic yarn picking up device. Distributed controlling system based on TCP/IP communication protocol was established. The function of automatically selecting cheese for transportation according to variety and designed weight was achieved. It is considered that automatic collection and transportation requirement for cheese automatic package can be met with the system.
