探讨浆纱设备性能状态对上浆的影响情况。论述了浆槽加温形式、浆槽循环浆泵、浆槽形式、湿分绞形式、温度控制形式、烘筒涂层质量、张力辊形式、干分绞形式、调浆桶、输浆系统、蒸汽管道设置等对浆纱质量的影响。介绍了设备配置、安装和维修方法对浆纱设备正常效能发挥的影响。指出:浆纱设备状态对浆纱效果有着显著影响,不同的浆纱设备都有其各自的机构特点及上浆性能,即使是同型号浆纱设备,其配件及相关配置和安装的差异也会造成明显的上浆差异。认为只有立足于浆纱设备才能制定出理想的浆纱工艺。

Influence of sizing machine performance on sizing was discussed. The effects of size box heating form, size box circulating pump, size box shape, wet lease method, temperature controlling mode, drying cylinder coating quality, tension roller shape, dry lease method, size mixing barrel, sizing transportion system, steam pipeline setting etc on to sizing quality were explained. The impact of equipment configuration,installation and maintenance method on normal performance of sizing machine was introduced. It is pointed out that sizing effect is influenced by sizing machine performance significantly. Mechanical properties and sizing performance of different sizing machines are varied. Even though the same type sizing machines, obvious sizing difference can be obtained due to the difference Of accessories, relative configuration and installation. It is considered that ideal sizing processing can only be worked out based on sizing machine.
