摘要 探讨纯涤品种浆纱和织造落物过多的解决措施。通过仔细观察纯涤产品的落物情况,分析了浆纱和织造过程中落物的产生原因,从优选浆料配方和上浆工艺的角度采取了一系列技术措施来减少落物。指出:通过选用合适的浆料配方,采用"高压低黏、重渗透、求被覆、双浆槽及分层预烘"的工艺方法,可以有效减少纯涤产品的浆纱和织造落物。认为通过改进浆料配方和浆纱工艺,纯涤产品上浆可不用淀粉和PVA,并达到落物少、织机效率高的理想上浆效果。 The solving measures of too much pure polyester waste during sizing and weaving were discussed. The cause of sizing and weaving waste were analyzed by careful investigation of pure polyester waste. A series of technology measures were adopted to reduce waste from the perspective of optimizaing sizing instruction and siz- ing technology. It is pointed out that sizing and weaving waste of pure polyester product can be efficiently reduced by adopting technology methods of higher pressure, lower viscosity, more covering, double size boxes and layered pre-drying and by selecting suitable sizing instruction. Pure polyester products can be sized without starch and PVA by modifying size instruction and sizing process,ideal sizing effect like less waste and higher weaving efficiency can be achieved at the same time.
