摘要
探讨棉涤交织弹力织物的设计思路及生产要点。介绍了产品设计思路和织物经纬纱质量指标;鉴于织物组织循环较大,给出了织物的纹板图;介绍了穿综方法和经纬纱循环;采用分批整经;优选浆料配方和浆纱工艺;采用GA747-200型剑杆织机,优选进剑时间;后整理中,定形温度控制在180℃~200℃,时间控制在1min^2min。通过采取一系列技术措施,保证了织物质量,达到了预期效果。认为:生产中应针对经纬纱特点和织物组织优选工艺参数,以保证顺利生产。
Design thought and production key point of cotton polyester interweave elastic fabric were discussed. Production design thought and quality indexes of fabric warp and weft were introduced. Considering big weave repeat unit, fabric lifting plan was provided. Drafting method and warp weft yarn circulation were introduced. Back-beaming was adopted. Sizing instruction and sizing technology were optimized. GA747-200 rapier loom was used. Rapier entering time was optimized. In finishing process, setting temperature was controlled within 180 ℃ -200 ℃ and time was set within 1 min-2 min. A series of technology measures were adopted to ensure fabric quality reaching the expected effect. It is considered that technology parameters should be optimized according to warp and weft properties in production to make the production successful.
