摘要
用硫酸盐还原菌生物合成Pb S纳米粒子,运用高分辨率透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、能谱仪(EDS)对产物进行详细表征。结果表明,制备的Pb S纳米粒子为立方体方铅矿结构,呈颗粒状,粒径大小为10~25 nm。光催化实验结果表明:在紫外光照射下,制备的纳米Pb S对20 mg/L甲基橙溶液的降解率为68.77%。
PbS nanoparticles were biosynthesized by sulfate-reducing bacteria strain, and the products were characterized by means of high-resolution transmission electron microscope(HRTEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS). The results showed that the Pb S nanoparticles with cubic galena structure were granular, and their sizes ranged from 10 nm to 25 nm. The results of photocatalytic experiment indicated that the degradation rate of methyl orange solution(20 mg/L) was 68.77% under the irradiation of UV light.
