摘要
在工艺设计中,工艺工程师应当分析每一个自动控制阀门在故障工况下对系统安全所造成的影响,并在可能造成超压的设备或管道上设置相应泄放量的安全泄放装置。但目前国内相关规范和手册上很少提及故障工况下安全泄放装置泄放量的计算方法。参照国外相关规范,并结合实际工作经验,提出了自动控制阀门故障工况下装置所需安全泄放量的分析方法和计算公式。
In the process of technological design, engineers should analyze the effects on the system security of every automatic control valve under the faulty working condition, and set up relief devices with proper relief capacities on the equipment or piping which may cause overpressure. But domestic relevant specifications and manuals rarely mention the computing methods of the safety relief capacities of relief devices under faulty working condition. Referring to foreign relevant specifications and combining with practical work experience, puts forward analysis methods and calculation formulas of the safety relief capacities of valves under faulty working condition.
