风速对复合绝缘子覆冰增长及其闪络特性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 风速和电场均是影响绝缘子覆冰的重要因素,在多功能人工气候室对不同风速下的复合绝缘子进行了人工雨凇带电和不带电覆冰试验研究,分析了风速和电场双重作用对冰棱生长、覆冰量、覆冰密度、厚度及闪络电压的影响。研究表明:随着覆冰期风速的增大,绝缘子的冰棱长度、倾角、伞面冰厚、覆冰密度和覆冰重量均逐渐增大,在覆冰时间相同的条件下,其闪络电压随着风速的增大而逐渐降低;电场在风速较低时对覆冰参数和闪络性能都有明显的影响,但随着风速的增大,此种影响逐渐变得不明显,在风速较大的条件下可以不考虑电场的影响。 Both wind velocity and electric field have significant influences on the ice accretion of insulators. In order to analyze the influences of both wind velocity and electric field, the energized and non-energized glaze ice accumulation of two kinds of 35kV composite insulators under different wind velocities were tested in the artificial climate chamber in this paper. The variations of icicle growth, ice weight, ice density, ice thickness and flashover voltage were studied. Test results have shown that the length and deviation angle of icicles, ice thickness on the shed surface, ice density and ice weight all increase gradually with the increase of wind velocity. The icing flashover voltage decreases gradually with the increase of wind velocity under the same icing duration. When the wind velocity is low, the electric field has an obvious effect on the above ice parameters and flashover performance, while these influences become less apparent when the wind velocity gradually increases. Thus, the effects of electric field under the condition of large wind velocity could be neglected in the future icing tests.
