湾区经济模式下深圳水环境问题对策初探

Measures for solving water environment problems in Shenzhen under the economic model of bay areas

发展湾区经济是深圳市抢抓国家建设21世纪海上丝绸之路战略机遇的重大举措,可靠的城市防洪体系、优质的供水服务和优良的水环境是发展湾区经济的重要支撑和核心优势。以湾区的视角进行研究,通过分析国外发达湾区城市水务建设的特点,结合深圳各湾区发展战略、产业布局和空间架构,分析深圳发展湾区经济面临的水问题、存在的差距和挑战,提出应对挑战的基本原则、目标和三大策略。

To foster economy in the bay area is one of the major steps of Shenzhen City in order to take the strategic opportunity of building China＇s 21st Century Maritime Silk Road. Reliable urban flood control system, high-quality water supply service and sound water environment are the important bases and core strengths of the bay area for economic development. Studies are made on water problems and challenges faced by the city from the angle of bay area, depending on analysis of features of water affairs management in bay area in other countries as well as its development strategy, industrial layout and spatial structure. Then basic principle, target and three strategies are worked out.
