摘要
分析了村镇技能型供水员培养过程中存在的问题,如培养经费不足,培养教材不适用、不实用,培养质量不高。提出了加强供水人才培养的建议,包括招商引资、盘活乡镇水利资金,依据本地特色编制培养教材,短期与长期培养相结合,理论与实践教学相结合,全力打造师资队伍,多种方式考核人才技能。
An analysis is made on the problems existed in the training of skilled workers for water supply management in townships and villages, such as shortage of funds, inadequacy and usefulness of training materials and unsatisfactory results in training. Suggestions are raised including attracting investment and revitalizing township or village capital, preparing training materials according to local conditions, combination of short-term and long-term training, combining theory and practice training, capacity building for qualified teachers and implementing performance evaluation in various ways.
