糖皮质激素在重症支原体肺炎治疗中的应用

糖皮质激素作为有效的免疫调节剂,是重症和难治性肺炎支原体肺炎治疗时的联合治疗药物选择,大多数情况下常规剂量的糖皮质激素即可获得满意疗效。部分患者可能需要高剂量糖皮质激素治疗,此时应注意密切观察,防止和及时处理可能出现的不良药物反应。

Glucocorticoids as potent immune modulator,is used as a combination with other drugs in the treatment of severe and refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Satisfactory curative effect of glucocorticoid could be obtained by using the conventional dose in most cases. In rare cases,patients may require pulse therapy with higher dose of glucocorticoids. It should be noted that the use of pulse therapy must be with close observation and timely treatment to prevent possible adverse drug reactions.
