水中溴酸根溶液标准物质的研制 被引量:1

摘要 采用称量滴定法测定溴酸钾试剂纯度,离子色谱与等离子体质谱对高纯溴酸钾试剂中杂质进行分析。水中溴酸根溶液标准物质采用容量法配制。采用离子色谱法进行均匀性检验,以称量滴定法进行稳定性监测,并以称量滴定法和离子色谱法进行核对。结果表明该标准物质具有良好的均匀性、稳定性,量值溯源明确,其扩展不确定度为0.3%(k=2)。 The purity of potassium bromate was determined by weighing titration. And the impurity was tested by IC and ICP-MS. Bromate in water certified reference material was prepared by the volume method. IC was used to check the homogeneity. And weighting titration was used to check unstability. And the value of the CRM was checked by weighing titration and IC. According to the results of homogeneity and the stability test,no statistically significant heterogeneity was found and the sample was stabile. Traceability chain is clearly. The expand uncertainty is 0. 3%( k = 2).
