Status and Development of Warship Weapon System Effectiveness Evaluation

随着舰载武器种类和战场环境的不断变化,客观、快捷、有效的效能评估方法的发展已迫在眉睫。论文对效能的基本概念、效能评估的意义与主要评估方法做了全面的综述,指出了当前综合效能评估技术研究中存在的以及在实际评估中应考虑的问题,对舰载武器系统综合效能技术未来发展趋势进行了探讨。

With the ever-changing shipboard weapon types and the battlefield environment,development of objective,efficient and effective performance evaluation method is imminent.In this paper,a comprehensive overview of performance of the basic concept,significance and main assessment methods to assess the effectiveness are ellaborated.The current comprehensive study effectiveness evaluation and problems which evaluation should be considered are pointed out in the actual performance.Finally,the effectiveness of shipboard weapon system integrated technology future trends is discussed.
