摘要
以硝酸铝(Al(NO_3)_3·9H_2O)和硝酸钇(Y(NO_3)_3·6H_2O)为原料,碳酸氢铵(NH_4HCO_3)为沉淀剂,PEG1000为分散剂,采用改进共沉淀合成了钇铝石榴石(YAG)前驱体粉末。用热重分析仪、粒度测试仪、X射线衍射仪等分析了粉末的结构和性能。结果表明,改进共沉淀能制备纯度较高的YAG相;陈化时间对YAG粉体材料的结构和性能有一定的影响,当陈化时间为12h时,制得的YAG粉体纯度较高,粒径分布较为均匀,其比表面积达到了367.79 m^2/kg,中位径为7.52μm。
YAG precursor powders were prepared via improved co-precipitation method with mixture of aluminum nitrate and yttrium nitrate as raw material and ammonium hydrogen carbonate as precipitant.The dispersant agent was PEG1000.The structure and properties of powder were investigated by thermal gravimetric analyzer,particle size analyzer,X-ray diffraction.The results show that YAG powders with high purity can be prepared by improved co-precipitation.The aging time has a dramatic effect on the powders.When aged for 12 h,the YAG powder has higher purity and more uniform particle size distribution.The specific surface area is 367.79 m^2/kg and the average particle size is 7.52 μm.
