摘要
以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为分散剂,抗坏血酸为还原剂,采用液相化学还原法制备颗粒均匀的球形银粉。考察了m(PVP)/m(AgNO_3)对银粉形貌、晶体结构、粒径分布及电阻率的影响。结果表明:随着m(PVP)/m(AgNO_3)增大,银粉形貌逐渐接近球形,粒径减小,电阻率增加,晶体结构基本无变化;当m(PVP)/m(AgNO_3)为0.6时,球形银粉电阻率为367Ω·mm^2/m。
The spherical silver powders with uniform particle size were prepared using silver nitrate as raw material,ascorbic acid as reducing agent,polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) as dispersant through the method of liquid reduction.The effects of mass ratio of PVP/AgNO_3 on the microstructure,crystal structure,particle size distribution and resistivity of spherical silver powders were investigated.Results show that the silver particles tend to be more spherical,the particle size gets smaller and more uniform,and the resistivity of the powder increases,while the crystal structure remains unchanged with the mass ratio of PVP/AgNO_3 increasing.The resistivity of silver powder is 367 Ω·mm^2/m when the mass ratio of PVP/AgNO_3 is 0.6.
