摘要
采用粉末冶金法(PM)制备了SiC_p/6061Al基复合材料,并对材料进行热挤压。利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜观察材料的微观组织,分析了材料的物理性能和力学性能,研究了热挤压对复合材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明:对PM法制备的铝基复合材料进行热挤压,可以大大提高复合材料的致密度和力学性能,热挤压后的SiC颗粒分布与挤压力方向趋于一致,在基体中的分布更加均匀。
The SiC_P/6061 Al composites were prepared by powder metallurgy method,and then were hot extruded.Microstructure of the composites was observed by optical microscope and scanning electronic microscope.The physical and mechanical properties were also examined.The results show that the densities and mechanical properties are increased;the distribution of SiC particles is more uniform after hot extrusion,which is consistent with the direction of extrusion force.
