摘要
热诱导孔洞(TIP)是粉末高温合金中的3种主要缺陷之一,对合金的性能有不利影响。对生产中存在TIP的工件进行了分析,观察了合金的显微组织,并研究了不同气孔率对合金性能的影响。结果表明:对大尺寸、形状复杂的合金制件而言,在热等静压时包套内部有残留气体是TIP形成的原因。随着气孔率的增加,合金的室温拉伸性能和冲击韧性明显降低。当气孔率从0.072%增加到1.744%时,抗拉强度和屈服强度分别降低了28.37%和17.39%,伸长率和断面收缩率分别降低了62.0%和62.5%,同时冲击功降低了58.18%。热处理时TIP会成为裂纹源,导致合金制件出现裂纹甚至开裂。
Thermal induced porosity(TIP)is one of the three major defects in PM superalloy,which has a significant adverse effect on the alloy performance.PM superalloy parts with TIP were analyzed.The microstructure was observed and the effects of porosity on mechanical properties of the alloy were also studied.The results show that the main cause of TIP is residual gas in hot isostatic pressing canning for the PM superalloy parts with large size and complex shape.The tensile properties under room temperature and impact toughness are greatly reduced with the increase of porosity.When the porosity increases from 0.072%to 1.744%,the tensile strength and yield strength decrease by 28.37%and 17.39%,respectively,while the elongation and reduction of area decrease by62.0%and 62.5%,respectively.At the same time,impact energy decreases by 58.18%.TIP becomes the source of crack during heat treatment,causing the alloy cracks or cracking.
