摘要
热等静压(HIP)利用高温高压实现铸件内部疏松蠕变扩散,达到致密化的目的,使铸件的力学性能显著提高,提升了铸件使用的安全性和可靠性。简要介绍了热等静压技术的发展和原理,概述了其在钛合金、高温合金、铝合金、镁合金铸件致密化处理上的应用。
Hot isostatic pressing(HIP) can realize the casting internal loose creep diffusion by high temperature and high pressure,to achieve densification purposes,so that the mechanical properties of the casting are improved significantly,and the safety and reliability of casting are improved greatly.The development and principle of HIP technology were briefly introduced.The application of HIP in densification processing of titanium alloy,superalloy,aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy was summarized.
